ResumePeep is designed to keep your information under your control. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored, and the limited ways it is used.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account. The only information ResumePeep receives is the resume content you type into the editor yourself, such as your name, contact details, work history, education, skills, and any custom sections you add.

Basic analytics about how the site is used may be collected automatically to help us improve the product. This does not include the contents of your resume.

How your data is stored

Your resume is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it as a PDF or JSON file. We do not have access to your stored resume content.

How your data is used

Your resume content is used only to render the live preview and generate the files you export. We do not sell, share, or use your resume content for training models or advertising.

Third parties

ResumePeep may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or fonts. These services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, but they do not receive the contents of your resume unless you explicitly export or share it.

Your choices

You can clear your saved resume at any time by using the reset option in the studio or by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site. Exported files are saved to your device and are your responsibility to store securely.
